Delivery Policy 

Orders received before noon eastern time zone will go out the same day provided that ordered items are in stock.

Orders received after noon eastern time zone will be sent out the following working day.

Domestic orders are defaulted to be delivered by UPS ground service. These orders typically arrive in one to five business days depending on your location.  If you would like to track the parcel or if your delivery takes longer to arrive than this standard period please contact us for assistance.

If UPS 2nd day Air Service is selected, additional charges will be made to the customer.  Delivery by this service is also dependant on location, however most items will arrive within 2 days of your order.  Very light orders of small items may be delivered by standard priority mail service via the USPS.  If you would like to track the parcel or if your delivery takes longer to arrive than this standard period please contact us for assistance.

International deliveries will be sent by USPS international service or for any very light items airmail service.  Delivery times will depend on your destination.  Please contact us for an approximate delivery time.

*Please Note - Inspect all packages carefully on arrival.  If there is any sign of damage this must be noted on the couriers delivery paperwork.  Nine Circles USA cannot claim for or be held responsible for any damage to the goods inside the package if the parcel is not noted as damaged on receipt.

Returns Policy

Nine Circles USA can offer an exchange or refund on goods returned to us within 30 days of receipt of payment.  Goods must be returned to us in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Please include a copy of your original invoice, along with a notation to confirm how you would like to proceed.

If you wish to exchange items please tell us the product and size/color variations you need in exchange.

If you wish to receive a refund for goods please inform us in writing and let us know the reason for your request.

Goods that are returned to us in less than perfect condition, showing signs of use or not in their original packaging will be returned unchanged.
